We are able to assist Managers of distressed debt by providing specialist advice and build out impaired schemes as main contractors if required, thereby allowing the rescue of distressed assets held by financially/operationally impaired Clients.

In this section, our services range from initial advise through to project management, restructuring and/or complete recovery and/or identifying the most appropriate exit strategy. To achieve this, we call on our team, who possess a wealth of experience of the development process, with the requisite operational knowledge of lenders criteria. Some of these include ex-bankers and accountants, thereby affording them industry specific knowledge of complex construction insolvency.
